MEDAN, NORTH SUMATERA - A scandal rumor of new gubernatorial office Secretary appointment spreaded following RE Nainggolan left the post. It was rumored that elites must bribed between Rp2.5 billion and Rp3 billion to North Sumatera government top official.
An anonymous source told Waspada Online that recent acting Secretary Hasiholan Silaen has strong base to seat Nainggolan's old chair. Besides, governor's special staff Ardjoni Munir, provincial Revenue agency chief Syafaruddin, provincial Inspectorate Nurdin Lubis, North Sumatera road construction agency Bina Marga head Marapidana Harahap, the deputy of Youth and Sports Ministry Sakhyan Asmara and provincial Education agency chief Syaiful Syahri.
Despite governor Syamsul Arifin is detained in Jakarta, the candidates proposal procedures runs accordingly with regulation. "Governor himself will consider best successors of Nainggolan to be sent to Home Minister," North Sumatera's Human Resource Agency (BKD) chief Suherman told Waspada Online here on Tuesday (Dec.21).
Nainggolan retired on December 1, and his post is temporarily replaced by acting Secretary Hasiholan Silaen.
Formerly, Nainggolan is rumored to get his service extended, on condition that North Sumatera deputy governor Gatot Pujo Nugroho made a proposal to Home Ministry.
