Job Descriptions
  • Get information new shipment from customer
  • Create draft PIB
  • Check shipment schedule to be passed to CDZ Operations for their custom arrangement
  • Get & do necessary chasing to customers for PIB confirmation
  • Proceed PIB payment
  • Get original document from customers
  • Transmit to EDI system
  • Send original PIB to import operations for custom purpose
Requirements
  • Male/female
  • D3/S1 Graduated with any major
  • Understand Import/Export Regulation is a must
  • 1 -2 years experience in same position
  • Having PPJK license is preferable
  • Good command in English
  • Computer literate skill
  • Proactive – self starter person

Business Development Executive (BD-BPN) - Balikpapan
Job Descriptions
  • Develops sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets
  • Create and conduct high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers
  • Establish and present customized offers to customers
  • Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures
  • Maintenance of his/her customers
  • Conducts customer visits daily and bilateral assessment of the relationship with the customer
  • Adhere to approved credit limits granted to customers and enforce previously agreed payment terms

Job Descriptions
  • Receiving pre alert from origin station
  • Monitor shipment and update to customer
  • Receiving shipment and check
  • Prepare daily monitoring report and monthly report to customer
  • Call trucking company to follow up shipment position
  • Prepare equipment for unloading upon arrival of the goods
Requirements

  • Min. Education Background: S1 from any discipline
  • Good in computer skill

Job Descriptions
  • Provide quatations that meet the requirements of the sales organization and the needs of the customer(s) within the range of standardized products.
  • Ensuring rates requests to be responded in before deadline, accurate,profitable as well as competitive
  • Responsible for the establishment and update of the sales filling and reporting system that are relating to tender
  • Provide quatations that meet RFQ from customer within the range of standardized products
  • Responsible in providing rate enquiries and quatatios, from local customers,Account Manager and DGF overseas.
  • Proper support to the sales department in pricing, as required and in timely manner.
Requirements

  • Good in computer skill, Possessing good knowledge Microsoft office & Excel.

Purpose
  • Provide support for overall sales development of DGF Marketing & Sales function.
Job Description
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiry from customers
  • Arrange and updates Sales appointment with customers
  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions through provision of value-added inputs into the organization’s business processes.
  • Continually seeks to accomplish critical tasks with measurable results.
  • Overcomes obstacles and makes achieve target aligned with business goals.
