HRD SUPERVISOR
Requirement:
* Male / Female
* Age 25 - 30 years old
* Min S1 degree any dicipline with min GPA 3.00
* Min 3 years experiences in HRD
* Has leadership skills, team work players, energic & strong communication skill
* Fast Learner, good initiative, Hard worker & able to work under pressure
* Having knowledge in psychological tools is an advantage
* Self-motivated and willingness to learn
* Computer literate (Word, Excel & Power point)
* Will be placed in Jakarta (Head Office)
* Willing to travel to site
Civil Engineer
Requirement :
* Male/Female, 30 - 40 years old
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (S1)
* Experience min. 5 years in similar position, preferably having work experience in mining and civil facilities infrastructure such as : bridges - road, concrete foundations, marine (jetty), and low rise building
* Hands on project planning (Structural and engineering Calculations of detailed engineering design), controlling and executing on all aspect of projects.
* Computer literate in MS. Office (Words, Excel, Acces, Power Point), Cad Softwares (Autocad, Microstation), Structural Softwares, Microsoft Project (Primavera).
* High Integrity, Analytical and problem solving skills.
* Strong leadership and comunicative
* Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
* Willing to travel to site
* Placement In Jakarta (Head Office)
