The Job :
* Assist designer to make the mock up and sample
* Create the artwork and printing data according to the input from designer
* Facilitate the design change and modification in the improvement project
Pre-requisites :
* Diploma or Degree in Product Design / Industrial Design, or Graphic Design
* Proficient in adobe illustrator, photo shop, and relevant design software
* Able to read, speak, and write in English
* Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude and responsible person
* Willing to be stationed in Batam (Indonesia)

HR ANALYST (Human Resource - Batam)
The Job :
* Assist HR Manager in handling recruitment of new employees
* Develop employment test and train interview panels
* Train new employees
* Develop staff assessment
* Facilitate organization development
* Build industrial / organizational psychology
Pre-requisites :
* Degree in psychological science
* Able to read, speak, and write in English

PRODUCT ENGINEER (Product Development Assurance - Batam)
The Job :
* Build the BOM, cycle time, and the consumption of new product
* Coordinate with various department to create new product development schedule
* Monitoring and report rapidly the progress of new product
* Troubleshooting new product problem and provide training to production when needed
Pre-requisites :
* Diploma or Degree in Mechanical engineering or engineering related
* Proficient in auto Cad and Microsoft Office Tools
* Able to read, speak, and write in English
* Smart worker, possess strong analytical skill, good attitude and responsible person
* Willing to be stationed in Batam (Indonesia)
