JAKARTA - The finance minister Agus Martowardojo has revoked the business license of insurance broker company Pt Artha Jasa Indonesia for not meeting the requirements of the regulations on insurance businesses.
Secretary of the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Board (Bapepam - LK) Ngalim Sawega said in a statement here Thursday that the license revocation was based on a financial minister`s decree No.: Kep-208/KM.10/@011 dated March 7, 2011.
PT Artha Jasa Indonesia is not allowed to continue its business activities in the insurance broking service.
The company is obliged to settle all of its debts and obligations and put down all of its billboards in its office headquarters as well as subsidiaries.
