MEDAN, N SUMATRA - Provincial Prosecutor's Office likely to face another failure on the graft eradication in connection with Chief rotation issue.
"The policy must affect corruption cases which involve elite political and bureaucracy figures," Medan's Legal Aid Assistance or LBH Director Nuriyono said Wednesday.
According to him, some cases have been proceeded to trial. "But, many more important corruption cases have yet unveiled."
Nuriyono is concerned the new Chief will slow down the investigation affairs.
"Lagged performance of Prosecutor is indicated as Corruption Eradication Commission's (KPK) took over Langkat budget graft, which alleged former Governor Syamsul Arifin," he explained.
